  • Employment Type: Part-Time Internship / Working Student (with the option to make it permanent after graduation)
Your Responsibilities
HR Information & Payroll
  • Support Employee Records Management: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and managing the HRIS system (Personio). Focus on data entry, updates, and routine record-keeping tasks.
  • Assist with Payroll Coordination: Provide administrative support for payroll, such as collecting necessary documentation, liaising with external accountants, and ensuring timely submission of information. The student will not oversee the payroll process but will support the HR team.
  • People Operations Support: Assist the People Team in people operations tasks, such as preparing contract templates, coordinating onboarding tasks, and addressing general employee queries.  
  • Process Improvement Projects: Participate in HR projects related to benefits, people analytics, or tool implementation 
Office & Event Management
  • Office Upkeep Support: Help maintain the office environment by ensuring it is tidy and organized. This can include managing office supplies, coordinating with cleaning services, and handling small tasks related to office aesthetics.
  • Support Event Coordination: Assist in organizing team events and company offsites by helping with logistics, such as venue booking, managing RSVPs, and coordinating basic travel arrangements. The focus will be on supporting the main event coordinator.
Your Profile
  • At least 3 semesters in Business, Psychology, HR Management or a related field, currently enrolled in a university in Germany
  • First experience as a working student or intern in Human Resources, recruiting experience is preferred
  • Reliable, analytical and highly-structured working style
  • Excellent communication skills both in German and English (C1/C2 level)

Müge Arslantürk - Head of People

Hi there!

I'm Müge, Head of People at Entrix, since July 2022. 
I was born and raised in Turkey, moved to Germany in 2015 to start a new life here. I studied Psychology in my BSc and MSc thinking I will either stay in academia or go on a clinical psychology journey but then decided to move to business - a decision that I am very happy with since then! 

The last 8 years I have worked at tech startups at very different size and development stages (with employee count of 20 to 200). I have learned a lot and grown both as a professional and as a private person in those years thanks to the amazing people I have worked with.
Here are some of those learnings I aspire to live by everyday:
  • I strongly believe People topics cannot be worked on in isolation and have to address the needs of the business. Therefore all People Team Members have to be first and foremost members of the Entrix team and then our team.
  • From entry level to the most senior members of the team, everyone is hired for a reason and that is to create a positive impact on the overall organization.
  • My type of People people are those who are ambitious, eager to work on challenging tasks, are not scared of being challenged by others, have a strong focus on the outcome, and are motivated by the impact they create.
