And therefore, we need you:  A forward-thinking and experienced Senior Tech Recruiter who will contribute to the growth of Entrix by attracting, creating an excellent candidate experience and fulfilling the hiring needs.

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
  • Salary Range: € 70.000 - 85.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level
  • Office-first work setup
  • Language Requirement: C1 Level English
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for tech roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure the hiring needs and goals are met.
  • Develop creative long term sourcing strategies and pipelines to find the best talent, in a highly competitive tech landscape.
  • Oversee outside agencies for select roles 
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate motivations and evaluate based on technical competence, experience, values and behaviors.
  • Partner closely with candidates, keeping them updated at all stages, communicating feedback in a constructive way.

Your Profile
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end tech recruitment ideally in start-ups
  • You have a  track record of hiring high performing senior tech talent (e.g. Principal / Staff level) 
  • You are comfortable describing our complex tech products and offerings to a technical audience
  • You are experienced in sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates through creative channels and initiatives, opening additional talent pools
  • You use data to improve the hiring approach (e.g. pipeline health, response rates etc.) and change the hiring strategy as needed in collaboration with Hiring Managers
  • You have experience filling technical roles that are constantly high on-demand.
  • You naturally build trust and your communication skills are top-notch.
  • You have a full professional proficiency in English (C1).

  • Experience in specialized industry hiring (i.e. energy experts)
  • Well-developed network of tech professionals, including engineers, data scientists, and other technical roles.
  • Knowledge or experience in software development or analytics.

Sébastien Schikora - Chief Technology Officer

Hi there!

I'm Sebastien Schikora, serving as the CTO at Entrix since June 2022. My diverse career journey has provided me with a range of experiences with a deep dive in the energy industry and the functioning of the grid specifically. In the last years, I was:
  • CTO at KONUX from September 2018 to April 2022, where I played a pivotal role in shaping the company's tech landscape and products.
  • Sr. Manager at Tesla from November 2015 to July 2018, leading the development of energy storage systems and mobile apps.
  • Vice President of Product Development at Networked Energy Services (NES) Corporation from October 2014 to November 2015, launching a new company and product line in the grid digitalization space.
  • At Echelon Corporation,  I held various roles over six years, including Director of Product Management and Development in the Grid Modernization Division.
  • Before my endeavors in the Energy Industry I was working for Hewlett Packard in the Enterprise Software group for a little over 10 years.
I'm all about pushing the boundaries of technology and driving progress in our industry. I spent the majority of my career in the Silicon Valley in California and apply a lot of the methods and drive to my workplace here in Munich.
