"Hi there,
I’m Aleksandra, and I’m Country Manager Poland at Entrix. Over the past years, I’ve worked with some of the largest renewable energy investors across Europe. I’ve negotiated PPAs, built commercial partnerships, developed new services like battery optimization, and managed a portfolio of over 1.7 GW. I’ve worked on both strategy and execution, and I’ve seen first-hand how fast this market is evolving.
At Entrix, we’re building something ambitious — a smart, tech-driven platform to unlock the full value of battery storage in energy markets. In Poland, this means we’re often first movers. We work at the intersection of energy markets, technology and regulation. The projects are complex, the landscape is evolving quickly, and our customers rely on us to help them make their battery projects bankable and successful.
To succeed here, three things matter most: agency, adaptability, and accountability. We need people who take ownership, drive things forward without waiting to be asked, and are ready to adjust course as the market shifts.
If you’re someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, solving real-world problems, and working closely with a tight-knit and ambitious team, I believe you’ll enjoy being part of what we’re doing here.
Looking forward to what we’ll create together,
Aleksandra"
