Short Facts
Location: Milan, Italy
Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
Salary Range: € 70,000 - € 80,000 per year gross depending on experience + commercial target bonus
Working Mode: Office work setup with expectations to travel (stakeholder meetings in Italy and strategic alignments with our headquarters in Munich)
Language Requirement: C1 Level Italian and English
Your Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Customer Engagement
Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to successful contract signing
Build and strengthen relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the energy and battery storage space
Ensure a smooth handover to the operations team and a successful go-live for every customer
Act as a sparring partner for our customers and help them navigate the rapidly evolving storage market maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction
Track activities and manage pipeline through our CRM system
Market Development & Networking
Contribute to the continuous evolution of our offerings in alignment with market trends and customer expectations
Represent Entrix at conferences, trade fairs, and client meetings, with a strong preference for field-based engagement
Build and maintain a robust network within the energy industry to spot trends and opportunities
Sales Strategy & Insight
Your Profile
Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles in the energy industry
Strong negotiation skills and proven track record of closing deals
Experience working with a CRM tool, ideally HubSpot
Experience in working closely with other departments such as tech and product to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Full business proficiency in Italian and English
Skills to Set You Apart
A deep understanding of and an extensive network in the energy industry, including the intricacies of battery technology, renewable energy sources, and the competitive landscape
Experience in collaborating with the broader organization to localize offerings for specific markets
Knowledge of financial analysis and the ability to assess the financial implications of sales decisions, contracts, and investments
Experience handling contractual matters, including framework agreements and partnership contracts
Proficiency in German or Spanish (as a plus)

I bring over 15 years of global experience in the energy storage sector, having worked across a range of roles—from technical support and project execution to business development and sales—with companies like Enel, Tesla, and Toshiba. Most recently, I led the Business Development team at Enel, where we developed and executed over 1 GW of storage assets worldwide, both front-of-the-meter and behind-the-meter.
At Entrix, we’re building something ambitious—a smart, tech-driven platform designed to unlock the full value of battery storage in energy markets. While the Italian market has traditionally been dominated by utilities, upcoming regulatory improvements and support schemes are opening the door for new players. Our mission at Entrix is to help these players realize the full value of battery storage through reliable, bankable solutions.
