Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the power sector and a genuine passion for energy markets, and who is excited about shaping how markets and policy translate into real assets and software solutions. You bring ownership, clarity, and a bias towards action, and you enjoy working in an international, cross-functional environment.
We welcome candidates with a consulting background (for example strategy, energy advisory, market design, regulation, implementation), and we are equally open to candidates from industry with relevant experience.
Mandatory requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in energy consulting or advisory, energy trading, energy market analysis, grid services, or related roles.
Strong understanding of electricity market mechanisms relevant to battery storage, balancing markets, and capacity mechanisms.
Proven ability to translate complex regulation and market design into actionable commercial and operational insights.
Experience working with external stakeholders across the sector (for example TSOs, market operators, regulators, customers).
You are fully comfortable working in both Polish and English, in writing and in stakeholder discussions (Polish for regulation and local stakeholders; English as the company language and for close collaboration with the Munich-based product team).
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering business outcomes, beyond your immediate scope.
Skills that set you apart
Strong network in the Polish energy sector, ideally including relationships with regulatory bodies and system operators.
Demonstrated understanding of multiple markets (for example Day-Ahead, Intraday, FCR, aFRR) and asset-based optimisation strategies.
Track record of shaping new commercial opportunities or launching new services in a fast-changing regulatory environment.
Experience supporting the construction and commissioning phase of energy assets.
Experience working cross-functionally with product and technical teams (for example product managers, engineers, data scientists).
This role may not be a fit for you if...
You prefer roles with limited customer and cross-team interaction.
You are not comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory and technical landscape.
You are not interested in building deep expertise in battery storage and flexibility markets.
You are looking for a pure management role. We need you to be hands-on and operational as well.
We are committed to diversity of all backgrounds and experiences. You do not need 100% of the preferred qualifications to add incredible value to our team. If you are excited about what you could accomplish here, we would love to hear from you.
