As a Partnerships Intern/ Working Student, you will:

• Help building up lasting partnerships in the energy flexibility space

• Help establishing processes in order to facilitate the roll out of utility-scale battery storage systems across Europe

• Contribute to the strategic positioning of Entrix's commercial offering in Europe

• Support in validating and challenging business models of potential partners

• Translate partner needs into structured proposals and offers, working closely with the technical and operations teams

• Understand project structures, financial expectations, and regulatory contexts to shape attractive business models

We’re looking for someone who is deeply proactive and accountable - someone who doesn’t just identify problems but owns them and is energized by bringing clarity and progress to complexity.
 
Requirements

• Studying business administration, economics, engineering or similar (ideally Master’s level or near graduation)

• Previous project, working student or internship experience with energy industry or a dynamic working environment (i.e. startup, VC, consultancy, investment bank)

• Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment and to coordinate multiple projects

• You enjoy interacting with customers and partners and take pleasure in analyzing and understanding markets thoroughly

• Excellent communication skills that allow you to effectively bring across complex ideas and concepts

• You have excellent analytical skills and master Excel or PPT like a pro

• You are proficient in English and German (C1 +)

Skills to Set You Apart

• You possess an understanding of the German energy landscape, including renewables, grid-scale storage, or power trading

• You excel working in an entrepreneurial environment where building processes, relationships, and value go hand in hand

• You prefer roles with limited customer and cross-team interactions

• You are not comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory and technical landscape
