Join us on our journey: As our Sales Manager, you will be the primary contact point for our leads, prospects, and customers in Iberia. You will guide them through the entire commercial onboarding journey — from first conversations and offer structuring to signing and preparing the go-live of their battery projects. You will work hand in hand with our Regional Manager, our Technical Project Manager, and the Commercial Team to build long-term customer relationships that are both impactful and commercially successful.

Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
Salary Range: €65,000 – €75,000 annual salary + up to 30% performance-based bonus + competitive VSOP share package
Working Mode: Office work setup with expectations to travel (stakeholder meetings in Europe and strategic alignments with our headquarters in Munich)
Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish with strong English proficiency
