To strengthen our Munich team, we are looking for a Solution Engineer (d/f/m) who takes ownership, connects technical depth with business impact, and helps shape our product strategy and customer solutions.
Location: Munich, Germany
Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
Salary Range: € 75.000 - 90.000 per year gross
Working Mode: Office first set-up
Language Requirement: At least C1 Level English and German
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who is deeply proactive - someone who doesn’t just identify problems but owns them, and is energized by bringing clarity and progress to complexity.
Mandatory Requirements3+ years of relevant experience in the energy sector or dynamic environments (e.g., startups, VC, consultancy)
Technical background (Software Engineering, Data Analytics)
Strong problem-solving skills in complex technical setups
Able to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in bridging technical and commercial topics, ideally in energy/tech-driven sectors
Comfortable interacting with customers and partners, and analyzing markets thoroughly
Confident in presenting solutions at customer meetings or events/fares
Strong organizational skills, able to independently manage projects
Proficient in English and German (C1/C2)
Skills to Set You Apart
Familiarity with backtesting tools, analytics, or quantitative modeling
Prior exposure to RfPs or proposal management
