A Short Note from Your Future Lead
Dr. Philipp Trocha - Staff Systems Engineer at Entrix
Hi there!
My name is Philipp, and I am a Staff Systems Engineer at Entrix. My original background is in Laser Physics and academia, but the search for immediate impact creation on the real world brought me to Entrix in 2021. Since then, I supported the company in its growth by ensuring that our end-to-end technical solutions fit to the outside world in manifold business contexts and different geographies.
In the System Engineering Team (duo, to be exact), we ensure Entrix’ solutions work in new business applications, new geographies, and for new asset classes - the energy system provides smaller and larger puzzles to solve every day. We push the functional perspective, be it in terms of requirements, models, or other ways into Entrix’ end-to-end solution delivery.
To me, natural curiosity, thorough reasoning and a strong belief in collaboration within and across teams paired with ownership of outcomes are drivers to success in this role and hence what I value. While being active in separate projects, we fulfill the System Engineering role within Entrix together, and we keep each other closely aligned in terms of content, priorities, and more. Exposure to diverse project sizes, maturity levels, and stakeholder settings will accelerate your personal development in this role.
If these points resonate with you, I encourage you to send us our application.
Best,
Philipp
