Join us on our journey: As our Director of Sales, you will be the primary contact point for our leads, prospects, and customers in Italy. You will guide them through the entire commercial onboarding journey — from first conversations and offer structuring to signing and preparing the go-live of their battery projects. You will work hand in hand with our Country Manager, our Onboarding and Operations Manager, and the Commercial Team to build long-term customer relationships that are both impactful and commercially successful.
Location: Milan, Italy

Working Mode: Office work setup with expectations to travel (stakeholder meetings in Italy and periodic strategic alignments with our headquarters in Munich)
Language Requirement: Fluent Italian with strong English proficiency
